JP WILSON JP Wilson graduated from Bible College in New Orleans LA where he was ordained and taught as a bible instructor for several years. As a youth pastor in Hattiesburg, MS, JP also served as a college campus pastor, sang in a Christian band and eventually would meet his future wife Melissa. JP went on to become interim pastor at two different churches before moving to Baltimore, MD and serving on staff of a large church as their young adult’s pastor and worship leader. While there he also founded Baltimore County’s first permanent men’s shelter as well as serving as chaplain of Maryland’s largest juvenile detention facility. JP would later move to Missouri and plant a church there and pastor it for ten years. While there he was watched weekly on a major television network. Following his apostolic passion JP would lead many mission trips throughout the world and spend time planting churches on foreign soil. Later he would turn the church he had started over and move to Salem, MA for two years. It was there that he would sow back into America’s spiritual roots which had become one of America’s most evil cities and help launch a 24/7 prayer center. In 2008 JP and his family joined the staff of Liberty Church in Pensacola and began Liberty’s fourth campus in Foley, AL. JP has served in full time ministry for 27 years. He and his lovely wife have been married for 18 years, have three wonderful children. They reside in Gulf Shores, AL.
