Dear CFN Family,

I was both humbled and honored to be appointed the new CFN president and visionary leader earlier this year.
As you might imagine, I am still finding my way into this new role and responsibility, but God is helping me and new vision is growing in me. I appreciate all of the support, and  encouragement that so many of you have extended me.

 May I share my heart with you? CFN is an Apostolic Family of Ministry Cells. I am so very aware that only God can birth a family. I can form an organization and cast vision, but only the Holy Spirit can bring something to life!  

CFN was begun in 1995 by Papa Ken to be as he says... a family, not an organization but an organism. Again, I can form an organization and have become quite good at it in both business and ministry through the years, but I can’t form an organism, no man can, nor am I interested in doing so. I have spiritual sons and daughters but I am not the Papa of CFN. But I am convinced that God, through Papa Ken and the Council, has heard from God and ordained and appointed me to lead CFN into the next generation. I continue to believe that who God appoints He anoints. I believe as I obey Him and seek Him, He will give me and bring me into what  I need and what is necessary to lead CFN into God’s will ahead for us. I never sought or desired this role with CFN. The only reason I am doing it at all is because I believe God has spoken to me and called me to do so. This has been confirmed strongly. In having said all of that I want to ask you both to pray for me and continue to support CFN.

Some of you don’t really know me as yet and I don’t know you. I hope to rectify that as we go forward and look forward to getting to know you and you getting to know me. Again, I will never be a Papa Ken, but I do  hope to be a good Apostolic President, Mentor, Spiritual Papa to some, and with God’s help a Papa to CFN some day. But please don’t get me wrong I am very excited about being a part of what God is doing around the world today in building His Kingdom! God has already blessed and used me beyond what I had ever hoped and dreamed.  I am not as young and energetic as I used to be, but I do believe the best is yet to come! I have devoted the rest of my active years of ministry to seeing His Kingdom being built; planting churches, reaching nations, building and equipping ministers, providing relationally driven, spirit led and empowered ministry around the world.
